Description
We first assess the project-specific documents. In the case of site security, a site visit is required to get a better understanding of the project. We then calculate a price (estimate) and we considers the cost of manned patrol and equipment as well as the cost of administration to provide the owner with an approximate price for the project.
Contract documents include a budget, any general and special conditions, and blueprints and specifications prepared by a design professional such as a trained security.
Responsibilities
Je2 & Lac UK Limited is responsible for providing all of the manned patrol and equipment (such as patrol vehicles and gadget and services necessary for the protection of the project.
Our responsibilities include securing the property, providing temporary and permanent manned patrol on site, managing personnel on site, providing site surveying, monitoring schedules and maintaining accurate statutory security records for medium and large scale companies.
